If you do not trust your solicitor then simply get a new one.* If you do, then get them working for the £150-200 per hour that the Local Authority gives them out of your council tax!!

Keep up the pressure on your solicitor - remember they work for you - and make sure that he/she is doing everything they can to get this information from the Social Services.

*These legal-aid family solicitors are onto a good thing here. They work closely with the Local Authority - who pay them - and their representatives from the Social Services on a day-to-day basis, week-after-week, throughout the year. They do not want to rock the boat too much, so they typically play their clients into the hands of the authorities who are trying to steal your children away from you. This is a betrayal of the highest order!

They are all part of the same snake eating its own tail!

They will sit there and ask you question after question and jot down every little thing that you say - and use it against you! They are against you, they do not care about you or your children. Legal Aid solicitors and Complicity in Forced Adoption

The legal-aid solicitors, supposedly working on the behalf of the mother and father of the children taking into care, have so comprehensively failed in their role to act as legal advocates for their clients, that it must be interpreted as complicit involvement or tacit consent in the process of forced-adoption.

For what other reason would so many legal-aid family solicitors be willing to take on a case, that may last over a year or two years, only to guarantee that they would lose their clients case? The answer is, easy money.

My immediate advice to anybody who has had their children forcibly removed is to make sure you trust your solicitor. If you do not, then find a new one. If you do, then get them working for their £150-180 per hour!

I can not encourage you enough to keep on top of this. Do not cease asking your solicitor for this information. This could prove vital to your case e.g an internal email revealing a conspiracy or fabrication.

If your child(ren) are taking into care - interim care order/emergency protection order/supervision order - make sure you get your solicitor to file an application for appeal of the order. These orders granted by the magistrates can be challenged. It is unlikely that your legal-aid solicitor will do this for you; you must request this. If your solicitor refuses or attempts to tell you that it is not possible then find a new solicitor.

For example, there is a four week period between the granting of an interim order and its renewal by a magistrates judge. If this application for a renewal of the interim care order is not challenged then the Judge goes ahead and rubber stamps the application: the social services have just got another four weeks with your children! However, your solicitor can ,at any time during this four week period, apply for a revocation of the order. As above, I can not encourage you enough to do this.

The practice of solicitors working as counterparts to the State sanctioned abduction of children has become so widespread and they are so complacent about it that John Hemming MP forwarded an EDM on it.

The solicitor in our case - who was being paid by the Local Authority - never thought that her work would be scrutinised beyond her client. Her conduct over the passed year has been, to say the least, wholly reprehensible. She failed in her duty to her client, and code of practice, to appeal against a single Interim Care Order; she failed entirely to recover information that her client requested under the Freedom of Information Act. She advised for eleven out of twelve months that the children would be adopted!!

What kind of pathetic-piece-of-trash-legal-advocate is she then?

Isn't it the most obvious type of 'conflict of interest' when a legal-aid family solicitor merely pretends to work for their client (delivered by the Local Authority through the Social Services) whilst being paid by the Local Authority and working on their paymasters behalf? In a democratic society, based on law & order, this is a betrayal of the highest order.

This is what John Hemming MP was trying to prevent!!

This is a "Ponzi-Scheme" where money and children are interchanged for profits and salaries, and the only losers are families and their children!!

Experts Survey - CAFCASS AND Social Services

Hopefully, these results will become a useful online source to help people choose appropriate experts in family law cases. In most cases, when an expert is appointed, there is no way to obtain any useful information about their competence etc - until it’s too late.

CORAM & CAFCASS

I recently found out that the government 'childrens' agency CAFCASS is in partnership with a 'charity' called CORAM. I would be grateful for any information that can be provided on this relationship, especially on CORAM's 'charity' status.

Basically, CORAM are in the business of 'receiving' somebody else's children and helping the new parents to come to terms with the adoption process. Don't get me wrong, CORAM probablt does do some good work, what I am interested in here is if there is a conflict of interest -the relationship with CAFCASS could not be more ideal. CAFCASS are in a position to promote adoption of children under their watch, which the CAFCASS agent in our case did for over 10 months, and pass them on to their partner, CORAM.

This is what CAFCASS have to say about themselves:

"Cafcass looks after the interests of children involved in family proceedings. We work with children and their families, and then advise the courts on what we consider to be in the best interests of individual children."

The interests if the children involved? The female CAFCASS agent in our case, decided 10 months ago that our children would be best served if the 3 1/2 year old twins are adopted and permanently separated from their 6 year old brother. CAFCASS and the Social Services believe the twins are too young to be traumatised and that 'therapeutic' work should be provided to the older brother. They seriously believe that some therapeutic bullshit-artist is gonna magic away all that heartache and pain from that little boy!!

Are these people fu@king psychopaths?

Well, they have got their way. Let me get this straight, the SS and CAFCASS have been working together over the last year towards the same result: destroying the reputation of the parents through ceaseless vilification, conjecture and fabrication; force-adopt the twins and either 'dump' the older boy with the grandparents or a life in foster care.

Their mantra: "Destroy the parents, get the children, destroy the parents, get the children"

These crafty, low-life bastards knew that it would be near impossible to adopt out twins aged 3 1/2 years and their 6 year old brother - because they could not make the older brother forget who their parents are; who there relatives are; where they come from; and who has done this to them!

No, the older brother posed too much of a threat to their plans so they then brought in a reliable hitman, aka independent social worker called Mrs. SW. This woman had no qualms about conspiring to deprive the children of their basic and fundamental human rights. She met the children and the mother on two occasions, the father only once, briefly, and forged a whopping document slandering the parents and their lack of 'attachment' to the children, and vice-versa. This woman had to be brought in from Scotland to conduct the character assassination on the parents, but she did her job. She was not a lone-gunman. I repeat, she was not acting alone!

Here is a classic paragraph from her document:

“This would raise questions for the twins as they grow older as to the reasons why they were not placed within their birth family and skilful work will need to be undertaken to support them in developing a 'coherent story' about their past and reducing any potential feelings of rejection or self-blame.” [direct quote from Mrs. SW ]*

In direct contravention of:

United Nations Convention on the Right of The Child

Article 8

1. States Parties undertake to respect the right of the child to preserve his or her identity, including nationality, name and family relations as recognized by law without unlawful interference.

2. Where a child is illegally deprived of some or all of the elements of his or her identity, States Parties shall provide appropriate assistance and protection, with a view to re-establishing speedily his or her identity.

I trust CAFCASS as much as I would trust my worst enemy with a big sword and a gun to my head. I began thinking last year: why is this CAFCASS agent be so determined to destroy a family and permanently remove the children for adoption? Well, children are big, big business. Spend a day or two one the internet and you will see for yourself that children have become an industry in their own right - hundreds of millions of pounds to be made.

CAFCASS's partner CORAM somehow manages to maintain charity status in the UK. They are an adoption business; without children they make no money. Therefore (and obviously) the more children sent their way - by the government agency CAFCASS - the more money they make. It is really that simple. The conflict of interest is gross but it exists and the 'authorities' legitimise the relationship and do not question it.

How are the public protected from this conflict of interest? They are not.

Looking through the finances towards the end of the Annual Review, I start to feel like this is a business with charity status!? If anyone can provide any details or information on CORAM and its charity status please forward to this blog.

What kind of charity has a £215,000 Furniture and equipment fund?

Starting to look like an extension of a government agency (CAFCASS) to me?

£2m on its Adoption service - now that is a lot of kids! Wait until the partnership with CAFCASS is unraveled nationwide and this figure is set to multiply.
But, CORAM is only one of scores of adoption agencies spread out across the nation. How big is this 'industry'? How much are British children worth to these people?

If anyone can provide any details or information on CORAM and its charity status please forward to this blog. How can their status be inspected or challenged?

What more could be done to highlight the conflict of interest between CAFCASS and CORAM?

Family Destroyed by Social Services

I am starting this blog in the hope that other people who have had their lives interfered with, manipulated, vilified and destroyed by government agents working out of Busher Walk, Kendal will post/forward information to this Blog, so that they are exposed as the morally bankrupt traitors they are!!

Over the course of the last year they have revealed themselves to me for the lying, corrupt, mischievous and malicious people they really are. What astounds me most is the methodological manner in which they have gone about to systematically destroy a family, whilst inflicting pain, trauma and confusion on all three children involved. They claim they are working in the best interest of the children, yet they have created a situation where children will be torn apart from each other. Imagine the devastation and heartbreak a 6 year old will feel when the time comes to remove his brother and sister from his life!

These heartless, cold-blooded destroyers care not one iota about the feelings of the victims of their work, namely children and their family members. A CAFCASS agent attempted to convince my mother that the SS agents do feel agony when a case comes to an end and a family is broken into pieces - to this I can only say fu@k off and die somewhere!
