Freedom of Information - IMPORTANT

>Here is a link to FASSIT.CO.UK, which details the type of information you should request under the Freedom of Information Act.

If you do not trust your solicitor then simply get a new one.* If you do, then get them working for the £150-200 per hour that the Local Authority gives them out of your council tax!!

Keep up the pressure on your solicitor - remember they work for you - and make sure that he/she is doing everything they can to get this information from the Social Services.

*These legal-aid family solicitors are onto a good thing here. They work closely with the Local Authority - who pay them - and their representatives from the Social Services on a day-to-day basis, week-after-week, throughout the year. They do not want to rock the boat too much, so they typically play their clients into the hands of the authorities who are trying to steal your children away from you. This is a betrayal of the highest order!

They are all part of the same snake eating its own tail!

John Hemming MP became aware of this betrayal being performed by solicitors across the country and presented an Early Day Motion in the House of Commons in an attempt to put an end to it!

Furthermore, I would strongly advise this. These people come into your home and interrogate you. They will sit there and ask you question after question and jot down every little thing that you say - and use it against you! They are against you, they do not care about you or your children. They are mindless, psychopath bastards who have long gone to the dark-side - do not let them take advantage of you!

Be prepared: do exactly the same thing. Go and buy a Dictaphone and record everything. If you have it recorded it is evidence. Even better, film it all.

Rule number 1: Do everything you can to get your children back!

Rule number 2: Follow Rule number 1!
